These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service, including clients who purchase grant writing, business plan writing, fiscal sponsor matching, investor matching, or any other service offered through this platform.

YourFundingBridge does not guarantee that any grant application, business plan, or other document we prepare will result in funding, approval, or any specific outcome.
Grant funding decisions are made entirely by third-party funders and are subject to eligibility requirements, competition, available funds, and criteria outside our control. Our service is limited to preparing high-quality, professionally written documents based on the information you provide. We are not responsible for the decisions of any funder, fiscal sponsor, investor, or other third party.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted to funders. YourFundingBridge is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment processor (Stripe). By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.
One-time purchases (grant applications, business plans, bundles) are charged once at the time of order. Subscription services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis and will automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected].
Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged. Please review our Refund Policy for full details on refunds and cancellations.
Our refund policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our full Refund Policy before making a purchase. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of that policy.
Upon full payment for a delivered document, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the document for your organization's purposes, including submission to funders and internal use. You may modify and adapt the document as needed.
YourFundingBridge retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifying excerpts and frameworks from delivered documents as samples, templates, or training materials, provided that no personally identifiable or organization-specific information is disclosed.
All website content, branding, tools (including the Grant Readiness Scorecard), and proprietary frameworks are the intellectual property of YourFundingBridge and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
We treat all client information as confidential. Information you provide through intake forms, communications, or account registration will only be used to deliver your requested services and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the service (e.g., payment processing).

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a general guide and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines begin after we receive your completed intake form and all required information. Delays in providing requested information may extend the delivery timeline.
We will communicate with you via email if there are any delays or if we need additional information to complete your document.
One-time purchases include unlimited revisions within the scope of the original intake form and project brief. Revisions that require substantially new research, a different grant opportunity, or a fundamentally different document may be treated as a new order at our discretion.
Revision requests must be submitted within 90 days of document delivery. After 90 days, the order is considered complete and closed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YourFundingBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of funding, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Our Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including fiscal sponsors, investors, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the Service in a manner that could harm YourFundingBridge, other users, or third parties.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts paid.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lake County, Illinois.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
